Xbox closes games and shuts down E201

Hi,

suddenly my xbox one s doesn't work well. it suddenly shuts down. mostly while starting games. sometimes just the game closes but most times the xbox makes a short scrubby noise and then the normal shutdown noise.

after this iam not able to start by the controller. i have to use the power button on the xbox.

i shut the xbox down and after that some E201 errors appeared.

i tried 2 factory resets while removing anything.

every time i see the error screen its a different E201 error:

E201 0027DEC0 00000000

E201 000F3B80 00000000

E201 00441500 00000000

E201 002F7AC0 00000000

the last one is the first i saw at the troubleshooting screen.

i hope someone can help me the E201 errors are very rare at google.

Hey,

iam not part of an inside programm. Sadly my xbox is just 1 month in use (bought in 01/2020)

i will try to do that offline update stuff. Iam afraid of some hardware damage.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

You may need to reset the internal power supply or the power supply itself for Xbox One Original. You can follow the steps here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne...

If you have already tried that, it can be a corrupted system file as well which we may need to reset the console keeping games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Once a games server is shut down then there is no way to get any online achievements.

The servers shutting down is down to a games developers,not Microsoft.

They usually close them down due to cost,lack of use or the developers are no longer around.
