Xbox clips missing

Hello

I have some missing clips between 30-50 days.

I have searched on xbox live and on "This Xbox"

I'm 100% sure I haven't removed the clips.

I have tried power cycling the console and and logging in and out of my account and nothing has worked.

Is there anything more I can try???

Maybe I clould try to record some more clips and hope they appear again.

It's wierd cause this have never happend before and I have over 200 clips.

Hi Nohax,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you have question on some game clips that are gone. Within the past few months they implemented that older clips that do not have views or low views are deleted. This is to make more space within the cloud and
such. Also do know if clip storage is getting close to full it will auto delete older ones also.

My xbox is missing the record gameplay with game dvr option. I still can record clips but there's no option to save the clips that option is gone to? Tryed restoring but no joy. Even got the latest update.

I sometimes get a 1 second clip of nothingness.... but never a miss timed clip.... I did however... find this out... Xbox can record simultaneous clips... I said Xbox record that.. and didnt notice the kinect confirmation on top right.. so I said it again
about 5 seconds later.... then a few seconds later.. I get clip saved..... clip saved... checked my clips... sure enough... both were there... a few seconds apart...

After hard resetting my xbox one (holding down the power button on the console for 10 seconds) and rebooting, I am able to record clips again. The clips I had previously recorded remain lost, though.

And, just in case anyone else runs into this, I was not able to see the clips in Smartglass, either (and still can't see the missing clips), and I was set to Appear Online.

Exactly! That's why I miss being able to share my clips!
