    Xbox Clips Got Deleted


    Hi,

    I wanted to get my old xbox clips back on my pc but when i go in my xbox app I only find half of them ( of course the least interesting ones ). I clearly remember taking the time to edit/rename them to make them easier to found, turns out those are the ones
    who disappeared.

    Is there any way to get them back as they were ?

    ( most of them were from destiny 1 and rainbow six siege )

    game clip being automatically recorded?

    its annoying but at least now you can delete multiple clips at once. When the Xbox One launched you could only delete clips one at a time so after playing Ryse, BF 4, and NBA 2k14 I had to spen like an hour deleting clips.

    my xbox wont record any more clips when i got it it recorded clips but if i deleted a clips from a game it wouldnt let me record any more clips on that game. keeps say sorry, we couldn't record that (0x8232300b) so if any knows how to fix help

    If you don't save your clips they get deleted to save space

    My clips got deleted?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I would like to clarify, did you make any changes such as resetting the console? That will not delete or remove any game clips that weren't uploaded to OneDrive and were left on the Xbox console's local storage.

    You can try performing a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    After that check your game clips again.

    Screenshots will not delete from or upload to the Xbox network.

    Same issues. So I tried to delete a clip in the app and it said it was unable to. I deleted it from the network with the Xbox one and it deleted. I also deleted a clip from the console hard drive along with several screenshots and that works with no issues.

    Sometimes when viewing clips on the network it shows old clips that I've already deleted, but they aren't veiwable. Switching between everything and game clips in manage captures makes them disappear.

    This does not happen when I delete clips or screenshots directly from the Xbox one hard drive.

    I checked network settings and it says NAT type: Open and all services available.

    Still can't delete or upload screenshots at all, only clips.

    Turn Off Video Snapshots

    When on the Xbox One home screen press the menu button and go to settings, then preferences, and uncheck where it says "record clips with game DVR." Saved clips can be found and deleted in the Upload app, not Upload Studio though. Highlight clips in the
    "saved clips" section, press the menu button, then choose delete.
