Xbox clips dissapeared

all of my Xbox clips have dissapeared from the past year. My last clip says its from 10/6/2017.

Getting this error code at the moment when trying to access my game dvr, all my clips and screenshots also dissapeared. This is apparently happening to lots of other users as well.

I can't sign into my account!

I have the same problem and my account has dissapeared from my xbox its like it was never there please help

Make sure you follow the directions here and go into your settings and make sure you have located where you want the clips stored and if its the correct location where you are looking.

Also keep in mind you do need Xbox live gold to save clips and share them as the help page says.

i would like to get my clips too... I was not aware that they would dissapear

I know how to see and edit my clips but they have all dissapeared apart from my very recent ones, and three from 95 days ago... there are over 80 clips missing

Not necessarily.

The game is trying to do you a favour saving stuff that you may have missed the chance to record yourself.

Unless you SAVE a clip to your list that clip shall eventually dissapear.

It's an awesome feature since whenever you think "Wow, that was amazing" you can just say "XBox: Record That" and a memorable gaming moment can be saved forever.

This has happened to me and every time I try to record a game clip the box is dissapear and every time I look up how to fix it and I do what it say and it still does not work and it been like this for a few months and I also manage to record some clips but
I had to delete them all because I thought that would fix it but if you do find away txet me on xbox one. Gamer-tag
