    I’m trying to delete old game clips from the Xbox Network and they just simply won’t. Clips on the console delete just fine though. I select the ones I want deleted on the Xbox Network and they immediately come back after deleting. The Xbox App does the same thing. I’ve tried performing a Xbox Powercycle and that didn’t work either. I’ve also reset my internet. I reset my whole console as well. Nothing works.

    Screenshots will not delete from or upload to the Xbox network.

    Same issues. So I tried to delete a clip in the app and it said it was unable to. I deleted it from the network with the Xbox one and it deleted. I also deleted a clip from the console hard drive along with several screenshots and that works with no issues.

    Sometimes when viewing clips on the network it shows old clips that I've already deleted, but they aren't veiwable. Switching between everything and game clips in manage captures makes them disappear.

    This does not happen when I delete clips or screenshots directly from the Xbox one hard drive.

    I checked network settings and it says NAT type: Open and all services available.

    Still can't delete or upload screenshots at all, only clips.

    No, I am not enrolled in the Xbox Insider Program.

    No, I am not getting any error codes/messages when attempting to delete captures.

    Yes, I am experiencing issues uploading to Xbox Live. I get a notification saying a screenshot was uploaded, but when you check, it hasn’t.

    Yes, I performed a factory reset keeping my games and apps, but it did not fix my issue.

    The Xbox App does the same thing. They all come back.

    Others including me are having the same issue. I reported it yesterday to Xbox support via the Xbox Live status page.

    I suggest you report it also. More reports might spur them into action.
