Xbox clackers and bugs

Hi, after the installation of Sea Of Thieves my Xbox One S clackers with or without disc inside in all games and sometimes stops playing (extremely buggy). I wanted to register it for warranty issue but webpage tells me that my phone number is invalid (I
read the notice about the correct entry).

1. tried that

2. no this is a bug if you did the quest where you meet the guards in the shrine in talos and you have to go to prison so meet up with the leader of the forsworn. well i did that quest a couple of weeks ago and now all the guards are syill hostile in markath.
I and put my sword away and one of the guards will open dialogue saying i will spend the rest of my life in the mine. but then he attacks me.

3 I cannot remember right off hand but it was one that a quest was not needed to get. I got 2 parts of it but the 3rd never registered despite me going to all three places.

4 the misc quest is about obtaining red eagles sword which I already have

 

Bugs and more Bugs

I've played most of the game without incident on veteran, going back to do missions on easy to get intel. Twice I've had doors or passages that don't prompt you to open them, resulting in failed missions. LAME!!!!
