    Hi there,

    as of this posting Xboxs twitter handle has tweeted out “ We're aware that some users are having trouble sending messages & our teams are investigating. We'll update here & on our status page when we have more info.” im assuming this has something
    to do with what your dealing with as well.

    Are you trying to open your chats on Windows 10 or your Xbox console? I'm having no issues today. Try and restart console/app?
