So on saturday I was sent a message by a person saying die in a hole, and I replied "no why should I"? I don't understand how that warrants a 7 day ban. Please help.

Chat suspension

Submitting the case review is the only way to possibly have the suspension lifted.

It true that with a communications suspension you can still play game only but just not communicate. But there is one little catch with some games, if the game requires communications capabilities to play then a comm ban will prevent you from playing that
game on line. This is probably the case with FIFA 18.

Yes i can understand, but it's only this online mode, all other i can just not communicate or activate the microphone but i can play online... Why is it not the same with FIFA? I just find it wieird, But if it's like this we can do nothing ?
