Xbox charging me for something I never used

Discus and support Xbox charging me for something I never used in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; So in may i bought xbox ultimate from my card, then when i went to make sure it wouldnt bill me again it would not let me turn off recurring billing,...     So in may i bought xbox ultimate from my card, then when i went to make sure it wouldnt bill me again it would not let me turn off recurring billing, so i figured id just wait for it to try to charge me, then i would buy it again, because it cant make
    me pay for something i never used right. Well a month goes pay because im young and xbox subscirptions arent my main worry, and when i finally get around to tryint to pay for it lo and behold they will not let me pay the normal amount, instead they want to
    charge me taxes for something i never even used, so if anyone has any help around this please tell.

    I got your point; but all I can tell you is this; If a subscription had auto-renew enabled; after it expired, the system tries periodically for a week or 2 to take a payment for the next billing. If the payment failed to go through for any reason like
    ( insufficient funds, invalid payment method..), the subscription gets suspended for an outstanding balance. And therein lies the rub; neither the support or you, can cancel a suspended subscription. However, If you were charged, You can request a refund from
    the live support.

    If only you could have contacted the support to help you disable the auto renew. Since you could not do that from your end.

    If you wish to know more details please contact Xbox Support, they are able to check your account thoroughly.

    Okay but since i never used that how can i be charged, i wasnt allowed to turn of recurring billing and because of that i get a past due balance?
