    XBOX charges that have not been authorised.


    We have been charged 3 times in a row for year XBOX Gold subscription!!! Then locked out of the Gold Acct!!! Plus other charges have been made that we have not purchased. I am extremely frustrated. Is there a number I can call please?

    Fraudulent charges still have not been refunded.

    Because your bank was the company that authorised the charges. They're in charge of protecting your dosh from undesireables especially considering there was a I'm guessing out of character charge made to your account and they didn't query it.

    is it the first time you used this card on xbox? if so it's just a charge for pre-authorisation that you'll get refunded.

    Although it says you've been charged twice, I can assure you this isn't the case. Microsoft request the funds and your bank/card issuer authorises it. I confirmed this with NatWest who have said that there's only one request £429.99.
