    Xbox charges me for imaginary things


    Money is continuing to get charged from my account without any purchases being made. No one has access to my accounts and there is no one on my console at all yet alone my account. I don't see why it is taking money from me but it take around 10+ from me a day until I'm left with nothing. I had recently bought a 50 gift card and all that money was lost within days. (I hadn't made a purchase yet)

    Id like my money returned

    You cant remove yourself from their My Family group because it says youre not in a family. But when you try to add yourself to a family it says you are in a family. It just loops and its very annoying.
