    Xbox charged me 6 times for one game now has not given me refunds on cash app, and it won't...


    What do I do if Xbox charged me 6 times for a game I didn't even receive, and refuses to give me an actual refund for the game it says has already been refunded. I haven't received any of the cash back from the 6 purchases it took out on my card. Now I can't get a hold of an agent about it because the purchases don't show up on my recently purchased, only on my cash app card, I need help, it took almost 50 dollars out of my account!

You can reach them by visiting the Xbox Support website and selecting the "Contact Us" option. From there, you can choose to chat with a support agent or request a call back. They will be able to assist you with the refund process and investigate the multiple charges on your account. It's important to have your order number and payment information ready when you contact them.

    1. Please use this link: Contact us | Xbox Support
      1. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
      2. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the list.
      3. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
      4. Select the "Contact Us" button
      5. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

    Xbox live gold cancelled for no reason!!!

    I have been trying to get my account resolved for over a month. Xbox double charged me and instead of refunding the charge plus fees from their error my membership was supposed to be good till march 2015 wrong.... they disconnected me on 6/15/2014 and won't
    fix my account or refund me anything. Now I wish I would have forced them to refund everything upfront instead of letting them switch off my account early. Talked to customer support 4 times and no resolution. Sent emails showing proof of the agreement and
    still no fix. Still disconnected and now account fully suspended.

    I pre-ordered got charged 99.99 then a day later went to play the campaign got charged a 2nd 99.99.

    I Refund me the charge that went through on 10/10/2023!!!!

    I have turned off recurring billing after noticing I still have had this on !! I don't use it anymore I want a refund for the 22 bucks it charged me I'm done with Xbox it's absolutely garbage I have moved to playstation!!!! Cancel and refund me the charge that went through on 10/10/2023!!!!

    It won't let me get the refund this is absolutely BS give me back my $21.46 I want absolutely nothing to do with your garbage family for Xbox ever!!!
