Xbox causing wifi to disconnect

use a lan cable or powerline adapters. if the xbox is between other devices and the router it can possibly reduce the signal strength.

Prior to me wiring the house in cat6 cabling i was using lan power line adapters for my kids xboxs, if your internal wiring for power is ok then that can be a good solution as it transmits it the the power cables. they will also get increased speed and
better latency (80% of the time)

Are you using a wired connection or WiFi to connect to your router?

If using WiFi and 3rd party headset Disconnect the headsets or look for other

Wireless interference that may be causing these dropouts from XBox Live when you are updating.

A wired connection causing dropouts may be a Faulty cable or port on your router.

If you have something wired to the router it will take priority over the WiFi which can cause devices using WiFi to lag or disconnect from servers.
