Xbox captures are completely broken?

Thank you for that and I apologize for the trouble, Red. I experienced this yesterday and the power cycle works, a fellow member of the community was helped with the same steps as well.

Kindly follow these instead:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​
2. Unplug your console for 5 minutes.
3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Tried this 3 times, and deleted the same screenshots over 3 times and they still appear in my network files list.

I’ve already done this! I followed the exact steps on the troubleshooting page, as I said I’ve tried this

Are you in a Insider preview ring?

If so, which ring. ASA, Alpha Beta or Omega?

I just responded from another thread, I'm sure you're going to copy paste this message in response to mine smh this is by far the worst thing. NOBODY should have to go through extended efforts & lengths over something so simple, simply due to the lack of testing & laziness coming from your service as Microsoft. Maybe try fixing your applications over copy+ paste lazy support messages to frustrated users. Reminder: you make billions of dollars a year off of your users.
