xbox capature video not record

Based on your description, you lost your game clips, and you were unable to see them. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner for you to get back to gaming.

This usually happens when you do not have enough storage, or it is full or there is an issue with it. To ensure you will keep your game clip, we will have to isolate the issue.

1. When did this issue happen?
   
2. What is your status of your storage?
   
3. What games are affected? Are you playing it online, offline or through cloud?
   
4. What troubleshooting steps you have done so far?
   

To view your game clips and screenshot, try to capture a screenshot and follow the steps below:

• Power cycle your Xbox Console:
  
  • Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    
  • Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
    Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    
  • Plug the console power cable back in.
    
  • Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

• Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then go to Capture & share. Then, select Recent captures.
  

If your game clip or screenshot that’s uploaded to the Xbox network gets no views in 30 days, it will be most likely to be deleted. Thus, to prevent this to be deleted we recommend you save this automatically to OneDrive or your external drive. To do that, press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then go to Profile & system > Settings > Preferences > Capture & share > Automatically upload. Please remember that:

• You can upload up to 10 GB of captures to the Xbox network. Once you reach that limit, you’ll need to delete existing captures to upload new ones.
  
• Captures that don't get uploaded to the Xbox network will remain on the console they were recorded on.
  
• If you see a Warning icon next to a capture, that means that the game clip or screenshot is scheduled for automatic deletion. The expiration date is listed on the individual capture.
  
• You can also view captures that are scheduled for automatic deletion by opening the Captures app, and then selecting the Expiring soon filter.

One Recorded videos visable on my profile and my xbox not one more

But I did four more videos

The recordings have no problem (just not shown in video)
