Xbox cant load game after doing a software update

Not what the problem . But the problem is that after updating the software XBOX One some applications and games do not start.

I cant find the Gaming Service in the app settings and nothing came up when doing the "services.msc".

And when I go check for updates it says try again later after loading for a long time.

The router is at its most up to date software as i am always concious on ensuring i have the latest software updates. The portforwarding has been turned off and the xbox is set to Auto in order to aquire a ip number, Turned on the UPnP and did a power cycle
for both the xbox and router.

Still im getting no luck in this, and after recently buying the new gears of war aswell, i cant even connect to any matchmaking. So on various games its giving me different results in what i can and cant do.

This afternoon I was asked to update COD Advanced Warfare, after the update downloaded successfully the game itself froze. all other aspects of the unit are functioning properly but I just cant load the game. Is anyone else experiencing a similar problem?,
If so...How do I fix it?

Updating your 360 console will automatically load the software required for the wheel.
