xbox can't connectet to autolog servers

when I sign in to play my games it tells me that the autolog servers are not connected

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get past this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening.

Are you getting this error for every game or for just one?

I suggest trying to reset your router if you have not yet. If you have the password for your wifi (if you're using wifi) also try resetting the network connection to factory defaults by going through Settings>System> Network Settings> [your network]>
Configure Network> Additional Settings> Restore to Factory Defaults.

When you get the chance, give those steps a shot and let us know how that helped.
