Xbox can't connect to wifi

I'm having the same problem. It works fine on my Xbox one but not my 360. Can't log in, can't connect to wifi, and it keeps saying it's my wifi, but it's connected and fine. They need to fix this

I understand but the Xbox can't connect also at the wifi connection made with connectify without sharing any thetered connections

Thank you for reaching out to Xbox forums support. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console. [Keep My Games and Apps]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter.

Xbox forums support

It could be the security settings on the router itself. You may have to factory reset it and try again. I would make sure the console isn't too far away from the router as well. It may just be having a hard time locating the wifi signal.

I did it but it didnt help
