    Console wont boot up

    I can't access the troubleshoot screen by doing the bind and eject method, not can I see what OS I'm running to do the offline update. Is there a way to just redo the OS completely?

    Yes, thank you... it helped me a lot, now i updated my xbox, but now i have another problem; even though I can log in to xbox live, I can't play online because i can't download the game updates. Do you know what can i do??

    No I'm in the US, I can't connect the Xbox to the internet currently, but if I do, I will do what you said, get all the updates, and see if it works, but in the meantime, are there any updates that comes to mind? I can download them on a USB and add them
    to the Xbox. Oh and the disc is the NTSC US version so I can't seem to see what's the problem.
