    Xbox cannot download PvZ paypal error


    I have bought Ki combo breaker pack before without any problems.

    Now few weeks later wanted to buy PvZ with paypal and now i get: Your purchase can't be completed with this payment option. Try a different or new way to pay.

    Only thing i can think of is that i switched from UK to US ones.

    I want to buy the game in US store.

    Its on US atm.

    Went to buy PvZ in xbox store (Australia) and it says not available. Is this correct? Cannot buy in Oz?

    Cannot pay with PayPal

    Thanks. I have looked at the post and even changed my paypal email to match my profile details. Still no luck. I still cannot add Microsoft points. My accounts both PayPal and Xbox live are australian accounts and I am currently in Singapore.

    Same error message payment instrument cannot be authorized keeps popping up.

    Since my original account was in USA (and AFAIK I cannot change location without deleting my user)

    and now I am in Israel, I added paypal account (it's local address is in Isral - don't know if it is matter)

    so I cannot add local visa, only use paypal

    I tried adding it twice - did not get any error, till I tried to pay with my paypal account

    The only things we show here are in this link which you've already done.

    Do you have a bank account or credit card attached to the paypal account? If not you will need one to add paypal.

    Finally, is your account region the same as your physical region? If not that could also be a reason why you cannot add another payment method.

    Paypal 40001 error

    I get the following message when trying to use paypal to add MS points - "We cannot complete your request now, please try again later. Message 40001".

    There is nothing wrong with the paypal account. This error pops up just from clicking the "pay with paypal" button on the

    list of payment options page.
