    Xbox Bundle Game Promotion


    Hi

    I'm a long-time Xbox owner. I purchased the Xbox One on Day One, and recently convinced 3 other friends, along with myself, to trade in our Day Ones for the Xbox One Elite Bundle. Because those specific consoles were selling out like crazy, I missed being
    able to pick one up during the free game promotion from November 6-8. I finally got one on Thursday November 12, and then the free game promotion kicked in again from Nov. 15-21. I'm not trying to be lame, but it sucks that I missed out on a free game because
    I jumped on the chance to get another Xbox One. I understand if there's nothing that can be done, but I thought I'd check and see if I could be "grandfathered" in to the promotion going on since I convinced 3 other people and myself to drop $500+ each on consoles
    that we probably didn't really need Xbox Bundle Game Promotion :) Thanks, and feel free to reply to me via email if need be. Thanks!

    Free game with purchase of an Xbox one

    For how long will the promotion last where i can purchase an Xbox or Xbox bundle and get another free game with it? Such as Madden 19. This promotion looks to have just started up again and i was wondering how long it will last.

    Didn't recieve my £50 for pre ordering FIFA 15 and XBOX ONE bundle.

    As I had posted above, caaaal7, you needed to receive this promotion on your Xbox 360, and you confirmed that you saw the promotion on your Xbox One. This unfortunately does not meet the qualifications for the FIFA 15 bundle promotion this time around. The
    promotion was not for users that had pre-ordered a bundle, but for accounts that received this promotion on their Xbox 360.

    However, please do keep an eye out for future promotions on majornelson.com and news.xbox.com! You'll be able to see all the promotions that we offer that

    It all depends on the retailer you purchased from. I recommend reaching out to the specific retailer you purchased from and explain the situation to see if you would be eligible. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee if it would be honored.

    They don't have to.stop selling them

    The promotional games aren't actually part of the bundle

    The bundle is only gears of war ultimate edition and the xbox one 1to console

    The extra games are promotional and was limited time promotion which was widely posted and not posted on anything but webpagees with the terms and conditions

    Sincere apologies for the confusion here but if you purchased a bundle from a local retailer and did not receive part of that promotional bundle, you'll need to return to the retailer for further assistance. We are unable to assist with physical bundles
    and primarily provide assistance with promotions held through Xbox's digital marketplace.
