    Like the title said, i can't access anymore to my xbox box profil "bpbptt". It created a new profil instead.

    I'm sure that this mail adress was the one which i created this profil.

    I have just joined X Box Live. I went back on to my homepage and my profile has disappeared. Can I get my profile back. Can anyone help?

    MY ACCOUNT IS GONE!!!

    I was transfering my profile from my x-box 360 to my new one slime and the account disappeared..... what can i do??? xbox box profil disappeared :(

    xbox box profil disappeared

    It sounds like you created a new account instead of logging into your regular account. It would not let you create a new account with an email address that is already in use. You must log in with the email address and password you have listed on the account.

    Unable to sign in to profile xbox one

    I didn't have a problem until yesterday. I can turn my xbox on and wait for whatever to load and then when I go to sign in to my profile, my daughters profile or even to add new profile - a grey box pops up and then disappears and we can't do anything
    else. So I can't get on xbox live to get to system settings or anything.

    Screen is blank.

    I did not get a green screen, but know it's hooked up correctly, because if the xbox is not on, a No Source box shows up, but if it is on, the box disappears.

    Yes, this card is in the box from the xbox, but it's a shame somehow, the card simply disappears. :(
