xbox bootlooping and doesn't want to boot

my friend has a issue on his xbox where it starts to bootloop and it doesn't want to start he tried to factory reset and that didn't fix it and also offline updating but that did neither work nor update and neither him his family nor me can fix this issue , thank you in advance for the help

he reseted his console over 10 times in this month he owns the first gen Xbox One
