Greetings, i I jdk11 I i. I would definitely recommend reporting this issue to your ISP. They should be able to work with you to get this sorted out. If you feel threatened in any way I would encourage you to get in touch with your local law enforcement.



In addition, I would also recommend filing a report against this user via your console by following the directions listed here:

will unplugging it keep it safe from hardware problems caused by the wifi traffic? I don't want it damaged while I wait for a ISP response, I'm calling them tomorrow.

It's probably a connection error between your router/modem & your Xbox. I had the same problem when I first got mine. Moved my Xbox closer to the router, and it signs me in automatically. Don't listen to some skiddy (Script Kiddy) online. They're merely
trying to 'scare' you. It's pretty funny to watch them try.

Also, try monitoring your modem. Perhaps it's going through a reboot cycle? Mine does that all the time. It has something to do with the power.

hi, you cant stop people from booting you offline. to help stop it dont rage/talk bad and follow all the xbox rules, it will help too. and you can ask your internet provide to change IP that will help you out too

My first suggestion would be to avoid this player in the future and also block communication from this player. Since this affects your internet connection overall there is not much Microsoft can do to influence the outcome of your issue. What you have to do
is contact your ISP. Provide them with as much information regarding this issue as possible.
