    Hey guys/girls, hope someone can help me. My xbox's boot is super slow and my games take too long to load. I've tried everything! Can this be a hard drive failure issue or something else?

    For how long have you waited? Seems updates might be really slow right now.

    Try leaving it for a really long time just to rule out slow download speed due to high load.

    its not just how long they take to pop up.. but they are choppy when they do.. almost appearing one frame at a time... its really distracting.

    mine hasn't done anything like that . once the game loads (takes a long time) it plays fine . can even play live fine. just running really slow to load dashboard and load apps/games

    Same here. It is so slow and won't load anything. All games/apps take "too long to start for some reason". Takes like 10 minutes to start up the console.
