Xbox black desert update stuck at 2.6 percent

This is the second week in a row I tried updating black desert and it gets stuck at 2.6 percent. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling last time but I hate to do it again cause I have slow download

I did a hard reset

I am able to update other games

It literally just says updating but doesnt show network speed or percent moving ......

uuuum. What. I've been stuck like this for 2 hours. As im typing this up the download is working now. So I guess this is now a post on if it does this just let it sit there and maybe it will work

It jumped to 10 percent btw.

Sorry to hear it. If you're connected via wireless I'd recommend trying an ethernet cable for the update. Other than that I would suggest trying a factory reset on the console. There's an option to keep installed games and apps and your saves are safe
on the Cloud.

I install my games offline cause i have the same problem with it getting stuck at 0% whilst online, but if i want to play multiplayer i have to update the game, but it always gets stuck at 96-98%. The percentage went up from 96 to 97 percent within 10 min
while updating ghosts but got stuck at 97% after that. I really hope the case is that the percent it gets stuck at is it actually downloading the update, next I'm going to try to leave it for an hour or two to see if it ever even goes up in percent by at least
1....... Microsoft better fix this soon!

You can apply the offline update to solve this issue:

Did not work, went up by 1 percent then stopped. Tried it a few more times, it gets stuck at 86 percent now.
