Xbox billing stuck/locked

I haven't seen this problem elsewhere (i looked), but when i try putting in the zip it wont let me erase my old one (i moved states, still both in US) so region shouldn't be a problem??? Pressing the right bumper only leads me to the terms and conditions
instead of to the right of the text which is annoying and makes me have to put all the info in again. Using emojis/random text and spamming them until the blinking | thing automatically goes to the right so i can erase the old info and put in new info works
on the other ones but not this last needed info which is frustrating so i can't renew my gold without getting a physical card everytime my gold runs out :/ has this happened before?

since they are the best equipped, tool wise, to handle this type of issues. Also, they would be able to correct this once and for all. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

I am assuming since you talked about the controller buttons that you were trying this on the Xbox console.

Try signing into your account at account.microsoft.com and going into your billing information and changing the address.

The Issue is his billing region changing the console region won't work

To change the billing region he must enter a valid address and use the region migration tool..which is not recommended unless you actually live there as there can be issues.with region locks

Nd since he's not in a supported .region it is against the rules and we can't help him bypass the locks because if he makes a mistake well he's stuck for 3months

@op you are going to have to find your own method.

Creditcard fraud lock is thru your credit card department fraud division

Not thru the general banking

Talk to a Xbox billing supervisor or tier 2 support. For billing locks

If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognise a charge" This usually work.
