    xbox beta


    i joined the beta program a while ago and have been getting console and controller updates regularly but since buying a headset i have noticed that my controller no longer supports mics, any mic at all even Microsoft mics arnt working. but if i borrow
    a friends controller my mics work, my controller is updated to the latest firmware , firmware 4.8, from asking a few people i have discovered that the firmware if the cause of my problems, i have tried contacting Microsoft support for help but they are useless
    so if anyone could give me any suggestions on how i can fix my problem id appreciated it.
