Xbox (Beta) Slow download speeds

So I'm trying to download Ori and the will of the wisps on the Xbox (beta) PC app and the downloads are very slow like 200kb/s. I know its not my internet/PC speed because i did a restart on my router and the speed test showed that my speeds are over
800 mb down and upload. Most of the time its stuck at 0 kb/s downloading. Is anyone having a issue with the Xbox (beta) PC app when downloading games?

I tried this and it works for about 30 seconds (even getting up to full 1Gb speed of my connection) and then immediately back down to <1Mb speeds. This is absolutely unusable, will have to cancel and charge back honestly.

Edit: I think I was able to fix it by disabling "Allow downloads from other PCs" The moment I unchecked that setting in "Delivery Optimization" I got a steady 100Mb/s Still absolutely intolerable for a service from a fortune 50 company but at least usable.

So to be clear:

- Start menu search for settings

- Settings search for delivery and select elivery Optimization Settings

- Uncheck Allow downloads from other PCs

I joined gamepass today and have the same issues. Ridiculous downloads speed of around 1mB/s (i have a 120MB connection). I just don't see if this will be an option in the long run. Time is more valuable than money and I couldn't still play Bards tale
4 even though it started downloading 2:30 hours ago.

Brazil here, same slowness problem... 900kbps/1Mbps at top.

I Have 300Mb optical here, no problem with Steam, Uplay, Origin, Epic, Battle.net, Amazon Games, none of them have any downloading problems... ONLY Xbox (beta) since I'm using @ PC too

Hi, i'm currently downloading the game with 2mb/s which is about 10% of my usual speed so it might be an server issue, a lot of people are downloading the game and it's also free on game pass.

I am downloading the 8.3 GB patch and the download speeds is all around over place... I did enable download from other PCs on "delivery optimisation", but it didn't help much. I think the full game also took some time to download, but I predownloaded it. so
I didn't care much...
