Bonjour,

Je dispose d'un abonnement au Xbox Game pass et j'ai installé deux jeux.

Cependant cause d'un problème de disque dur sur lequel était installer les jeux j'ai du le formater

Depuis il m'est impossible de réinstaller mes jeux , quand je clique sur installer l’installation se coupe instantanément.

J'ai donc deux jeux fantôme qu'il m'est impossible d'installer.

Clique droit désinstaller ne fonctionne pas.

Quelqu'un aurais une solution pour m'aider ? J'ai déj fais quelque manipe recommandé mais aucune n'a fonctionné

Windows 10 is up to date. Also, we have a support article that provides

My Windows 10 was up to date and I already did the support article on troubleshooting.

I was unable to install the game with the microsoft store too

But during trying to solve my problème. I have found the solution

Here is a gif of the manipulation that solved my problem.

Clic on install the game ->(fast) Right clic on the logo of the game durring installation bug-> cancel the installation

Delete your Xbox App Pc Beta , update windows, Install Xbox App Pc Beta again, login and check if it solve.
