Xbox Beta (PC) Error 0x80040154 while trying to download State of decay 2 Juggernaut

Hi

I have been trying to download/install for some time now.

On the Xbox Beta it comes up with error 0x80040154 and downloads nothing, tried to use the Microsoft store and it also does not work (says a problem happened their end).

I am playing it on the Xbox for the moment but would much rather play on the PC.

Tried reinstalling all sorts of things, the Xbox beta and drivers ect.

Any ideas of what I can do please?

EDIT: I have managed to download and install another game to see if it would work and it was fine.

Since you mention already trying all the basic troubleshooting steps you might check this Xbox Support page on this game linked below. If that doesn't help, then I would suggest contacting Udead Labs support linked below.

This error code brings up some PC related issues in an internet search, such as corrupt .dll files. You might try using the Windows Store Reset by typing wsreset into search, click the command and let it complete the process. You can try the Windows System
File Checker tool to repair any corrupted files. You can learn how to do this at the link listed below and follow the steps in order.

I ran into the same problem. First, Xbox and Xbox (beta) apps seem to be having issues. I also have had some with Game Pass as well. This is on both Windows 10 and Android Phone.

As for Juggernaut 2, I uninstalled the game from my PC and went to Microsoft Store and got the download to work from there. From that I finally had a good install that syncs properly with my Xbox now.

It doesn't matter State Of Deacy 2: Juggernaut Edition is the only one you can buy/download. So you can search for either.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand having an issue downloading with the game State of decay 2. The Juggernaut edition was an update that converted the game. As you wont find the base game State of Decay 2 as it called Juggernaut edition
now. Here is a
link to the game on the Microsoft store. May want to reach out to the developers Undead labs also as it may be issue from their end.
