Xbox (BETA) installer stuck on "Making things awesome..."

So I have the xbox pc game pass that was introduced at E3.... downloaded the Beta app and have had no problems whatsoever until this last couple weeks where any game that I want to download says it is in a "queue", but the only problem is no other game
is downloading at the time. I looked at other people that have had this problem and followed what people say that works and none of it was working. I decided to uninstall the app and reinstall and now I'm stuck where it says "Making things awesome..." I've
tried multiple times turning off the pc and re starting it and it still doesn't get past that screen. I'm at wits end at how to get this app back onto my pc. And before anybody says anything my PC is up to date.

I've got the exact same issue. Everything was working fine for me and then yesterday it stopped working. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. I'm on the slow ring of inside builds. Any ideas?

I have tried this multiple times. I have also reset my computer. One thread i found said that it may be an issue with windows update service so i have reset the cache and even reinstalled it to no effect. Another issue I've had which may be linked is that
the Microsoft store will not download anything, it gets stuck at 0%. The only thing I haven't tried is a fresh install of Windows but I'd prefer not to have to do that as I have lots of games installed.

Unfortunately I tried that and still the same issue!

Nothing will download via windows store, I'm guessing this is the crux of my issue.

However doing it through the windows store has a similar issue in that it sits in "Downloading" state and doesn't proceed!

Is the Microsoft Store perhaps an older version? Funnily enough when I try to update that the same issue occurs....

Hi again,

if you delete this directorys - yes the windows update service will download all pending files again.

The most important thing is that the download takes place. The speed at which this happens is secondary. However, if you are only wireless connected, use an RJ45 cable - this is much faster and more reliable. You can also try to change
your DNS-Server to speed up the connection.

And No, the font failure is not a malware issue. Normaly this happens from time to time!

I had a nightmare installing 1903 - if I delete these folders do I have to go through that again?!
