Xbox (Beta) Installer fails during install. Error code 0x87E10BC6

I trying to install the Xbox installer but it keeps failing during install. The progress bar gets about one quarter full than fails with an error that says "We weren't able to install the app (0x87E10BC6)" I've double checked that I'm on the correct version
of Win 10 (1903), I've restarted and I've tried running the app as administrator.

Any help would be appreciated.

This may or may not work. It is a process that can sometimes fix Windows Store issues. It may help.

1. Type "WSReset" into the search area of the task bar without the quotes

2. Right click the green "App"/Command and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR

3. A command prompt "looking" window will appear, DO NOT DO ANYTHING, just wait until it disappears (30 or so seconds)

4. The Windows Store will then launch.

Yes it is. I also noticed that this error often indicates an issue with Win 10 activation but I double checked and my copy is activated.

Just to be sure, is your copy of Windows 10 activated?
