Xbox Beta Installer error code 0x80131509

When i try to install the Xbox beta App i get this message

Make sure you are connected then try updating again. We weren't able to update windows (0x80131509)

I have followed all the information in the forums but still no joy.

The Xbox Accessory management service is continually starting and never running

Any help appreciated

Do you have a x64-based system? If no, then you can't install the app

is your windows 10 on the latest update? go to settings and click on updates and see if you are on the latest one. if its prompting an update it could fix your issue for installing the beta.

Hey, thanks for responding! Unfortunately, this also did not work for me

The Xbox app now rapidly opens and closes the login screen when I attempt to log in, and the console companion app is giving me error code (0x409) 0x80131509.
