Xbox Beta for Linux?

You know it doesn't sound funny at all. But the Dev's were working on a windows 11 release with working with the linux kernal and dropping the NT kernal. Which would be pretty ground breaking for alot of security factors and alot of new features such
as xbox beta app going onto linux. just do a bit of searching there's a little bit of information floating around.

Thats very inlimely to happen as xbox on pc is part of windows 10 which is fully controlled by Microsoft whereas an app on linux wouldnt be

Getting it through a third party means may be do-able. Something of the sorts like an app emulator or a virtual desktop would probably be your best bet. Microsoft tends to stick to their things, aka Windows, when it comes to their apps in recent history.
So getting on Linux officially, probably ain't gonna happen.

First you need direct x current version installed since most games in play anywhere requires them

emulation is hit and miss

Not something first parties support as its a nightmare to support offically since you are talking about cobblestone drivers from different third party developers that arent even fully compatible

You cant ask ms support for a 3rd party developers api use of xbox and direct x apis

Even the third party devs wouldnt be able to support you

The Xbox Beta is a part of the Windows OS. It needs the UWP System (Universal Windows Plattform) to work. I could not imagine that this will happen on Linux in the future..
