    Xbox Beta for Android, isn't loading pictures or videos


    Screen shots, videos and video thumbnails aren't loading in Xbox beta for Android.

    I just encountered this today, after taking a screenshot on my Xbox as well a s recording a game clip. Although they show up on the Xbox beta app, they appear blank, and won't load when I tap on them, they remain a perpetual loading state.

    The problem also affects older screenshots, videos and thumbnails. The thumbnails still show, but, tapping on any video or screenshot, results in a blank screen plus perpetual loading.

    The same problem also prevents me from seeing anything my friends have uploaded, including profile pics.

    Thanks, The issue seems to have fixed itself, I appreciate the reply. You named the wrong app in your instructions, however, the same fix could still apply to my situation, I will try this fix if the issue returns.

    Hi Oddinator19, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Kindly clear the cache of the app uninstall then restart before installing again by following the steps below:

    Go to Settings > Apps, select the Xbox Game Pass app, then select Storage > Clear cache > Uninstall then restart before reinstalling the app.

    You'd have to upload clips to youtube or some other video provider. The Android game isn't tied into the Xbox infrastructure.
