Xbox (beta) causing computer not to sleep

After siging up for the Xbox game pass for PC and downloading the Xbox (beta) app my computer stopped going to sleep. I restored back to a state before the update and it started sleeping again. After that I installed the app and again the computer would
not sleep. After uninstalling app, it is back to sleeping as expected.

YES! I do have the same issue. Been going mad trying to diagnose what disabled my sleep and finally found it out.

I'll also co-sign this observation - I'd initially wondered if it was something in the 1903 Win10 update (I'd installed the Xbox beta app pretty much immediately after 1903) but then happened to notice the Xbox icon in the system tray and figured it was
worth a shot to close it... and the system went to sleep 20 minutes later, as scheduled.

hmm interesting, I am not having these issues, hopefully, they can update this soon. you can check

I can confirm I am having the same issue. Closing the app allows it to sleep but it would be nice to see this as no longer a sleep blocking issue when the app is open.
