UPDATE 08/02/20 19:25 GMT: After 3 uninstalls and reinstalls it is still not installing from Android phone app to PC but it works to console. The PC is listed in the devices. The iPad app works fine.

UPDATE JANUARY 31ST: In the Game Pass Beta app, some games say "install to" and some games have the "play" button grayed out. For example, "Among Us" and "Football Manager 2022" are labeled "install to", while "Outer Wilds" and "Skyrim Special Edition" have the "play" button grayed out. The regular Game Pass app says "install to" for everything.

I just installed the PBS app to watch the honey badger documentary. I consistently get the same "could not find server" on starting the app, even after deleting and re-installing. I do see content start to fill the app but then it bombs out.

I think it's likely that xbox or pbs changed their backend code and they aren't playing well together anymore
