    Xbox (beta) app + Newest windows update


    Ever since the newest windows update I have not been able to launch any games through the xbox app, including game pass games and games I have actually purchased. I also have tried launching them through the microsoft store and still nothing. I have re installed
    the games and the apps numerous times and still nothing has been resolved. This is getting a bit ridiculous as to lengths ive had to go just to try and play a game. If anyone knows of any fixes please let me know because i have found none. Everything is up
    to date.

    Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10 cannot wake Windows 10 PC via controller

    The Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10 has the newest driver (there's no firmware update in Xbox Accessories app) and the Xbox Series controller has the newest firmware (updated via Xbox Accessories app). Didn't help.

    The APP was updated and is simply called the Console Companion. The Beta APP and the console companion are pretty much identical at the moment so I think you only need the console companion which is the newest version. I have the beta app which updated
    and is now simply called Xbox (beta) as I said there is no discernable difference.

    Are you referring to the Console Companion or the Xbox (beta) app?

    I’m assuming you mean the beta app as it has been experiencing some issues. Make sure that you have the newest update to your Windows 10 and if you may need to run a clean boot.

    A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. .
