    Xbox (Beta) App Help


    I installed the Xbox Beta App and was able to purchase the 3 month trial. After that I was unable to install any game. So I tried to reinstall the app itself. I am at this point unable to reinstall the app. I tried to install it as an Admin, I clean booted my PC, tried installing it to my SSD and my HDD. Then I contacted Microsoft Support and he said that they haven't had any reports of people not being able to install the app and referred me here. Hoping you guys could help me out. Thanks much

    Hi Assassin, Are you observing this issue with Xbox App, Xbox App (Beta) or both? If you are experiencing this issue with Xbox App (Beta), please use the "report a problem" with the beta app. This will provide some very helpful info for the developers to
    investigate.

    Hi Twined, what version of the app are you using? Are you also experience install issues using Xbox App (Beta)? You can DL the beta app to test located here:
    www.microsoft.com/.../9NBLGGH1J27H or go to the Store app, search for “Xbox beta” and it will show up as a search result. If your able to repro this with beta app, please help us
    out and report this issue by using the "report a problem" in the beta app. This will help greatly for investigation needs.

    Games disappear from games list in Xbox app on Win 10.

    Hi SirAbsurd, Try using the Xbox App Beta to see if the same behavior occurs. If the issue continues use the "Report a problem" in the beta app so we have helpful data to request further investigation. You can DL the beta app by going to the store on your
    PC and searching "Xbox App Beta".

    Hi Baptiste,

    It's still not clear what app or game you are having trouble downloading. If you cannot download the Xbox (Beta) app for whatever reason, the easiest way to get the app is to use the Xbox
    (Beta) app installer    .

    If your version of Windows needs to be updated to run the Xbox (Beta) app, the installer will help you through that process.
