    Xbox (Beta) App don't load game (stuck on synchronizing window)


    I donwloaded Xbox (Beta) for Game Pass, paied the first month and download a game (Snake Pass). I played it for a while, closed the game and went do something else. When I got back to PC to play it again, the game got stuck on the "Press A" screen, because a synchronizing window pops up but it stuck on 0%. Don't matter what I tried it doesnt work and always the same process (I even tried other games and its the same thing). Do you guys know some way to solve this or a workaround? Thanks.

    Hello!

    As long as you are logged into the Xbox App, Windows Store, and the game with the same Microsoft/Xbox account that you used on the previous computer everything should synchronize to the new computer.

    So on your PC you need to make sure the
    game pass ultimate account is signed into the
    Microsoft store app, You might want to try installing the
    xbox(beta) app     on windows as well and try downloading from there.

    Not all of the game pass games between Xbox and PC are the same, the xbox(beta) app will show you all the available and installed windows game pass games
