    Xbox (Beta) App cant sign into Xbox live


    iv been trying for days now and i cant seem to sign into xbox live on my PC, on Xbox App or in games, i get the error code 0x80072EFD along with the message "we couldn't sign you in to Xbox Live" clicking "try again" doesn't fix it, my windows is completely up to date, i have reset the app and reinstalled it, i have tried the Xbox network troubleshoot and i have a connection "strict" still doesn't work. if someone could help that would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

    Ultimate Game Pass not working

    It has nothing to do with my pc, it is totally the new xbox beta app. It doesn't log you in, therefore you cant play. Anyway, i figured it out, i uninstalled the original xbox app and then reinstalled it. Sign in with "old" app, now beta version works.

    Hi Old Man Willow, yes Xbox Live is required for the Xbox App requires a user to sign in to an account. Please try using Xbox App Beta to see if your are experiencing the same issue. If the issue continues please use the "report a problem" by clicking
    the happy face on left NAV bar in the beta version of the app. In the mean time I will call this out in our reports to the developers requesting an investigation.

    To download the beta version go to the store on your PC and search for "Xbox App Beta".

    Can't sign into Xbox (beta) or Xbox Console Companion apps on Windows 10

    I have the same issue. No errors when signing in, just goes through the motions. I click on lets play button after signing in and it shows that im not logged in. I also cant play any games through the app. Get an error that i'm not logged into xbox.
    tried reinstalling the xbox pc beta app, and the xbox identity provider app, restarted pc, and still not fixed.
