    Hi!. I was thinking on get Game Pass for PC, but when i run the Xbox APP, this pop up asks for Windows credentials: this is the approach translation from spanish: "type your password to allow the aplication access to your private key" and finally 2 options,
    Allow or deny. I put my windows account password, but it doesn't worked, i don't know what kind of password or what kind of permissions is this asking for. IT has no sense, help!

    Hi,

    Are you using the same account on your PC to login that you want to use with Game Pass?

    The Game Pass isn't a stand alone app, it downloads content via the Windows Store App built into Windows 10. Are you signed into the Windows Store with the same credentials?

    I see. Please close all your running apps. Then click on Start menu > Search "Credential manager" and select it. Check the Windows credentials and delete all credentials that are related to Microsoft or Xbox.

    How did you get Xbox beta to install? The reason why I ask is because when I run the installer for Xbox beta it hangs. Maybe I already have it installed? The reason why I ask that is because when I open the Xbox app as I look to the left side bar it states
    "beta".

    Please reset your Xbox app and Microsoft Store. Check the steps here on how to reset an app: Repair/Reset apps - https://support.microsoft.com/windows/repair-ap...

    I also suggest to delete all Xbox-related credentials from your credentials manager under Windows credential.

    To open Credential Manager, type credential manager in the search box on the taskbar and select Credential Manager Control panel.

    Select Web Credentials or Windows Credentials to access the credentials you want to manage.

    Can you do a walk through on how to install the Xbox (beta) app. Why I ask is when I run the installer for that app it just hangs. Maybe there is another workaround to install that update?
