Xbox bans me after sticking up too griefers when they did nothing

Hello, As long as i can remember i have been playing xbox. Recently just today in fact i was playing a multiplayer game. We where doing great setting up our scores and leaving everyone to do their own thing when all of the sudden the but crack of world splits open and out pop two horrible people. These people gamertags are: ((((makeluv and Tiod Witeout )))))and they proceed to not only kill us( which i can understand on a limited basis) a couple times but continue doing so for the next thirty three minutes with their scramjets spawn killing us and not even giving us a chance to go too another lobby because with every death the start screen cuts back to the game till you respawn. Not only did my good friend report them to xbox and the game we where playing but i did as well about fifteen minutes into these goofballs pretend genocide of innocents couple with being way too low of a level to fight them back. When it hits the thirty minute mark i message them both with some pretty flamboyant word choices. Did they report us then? NO THEY DID NOT they just kept culling us like the weird green baby creatures in the movie jon carter. It was not untill they gave us two seconds longer to live and leave the session that they reported me and had me banned. So lets talk about how xbox and the games associated with operating within allprotMicrosoft's platforms swear within their community guidelines that they and the gaming companies they are associated with and also put into their legal use agreement documents an agreement between microsoft and the player legally binding themselves in and by that agreement to protect you from these foul and frankly traumatizing types of people that literally just want to ruin your day and any good experience you might have within Microsoft's gaming networks. So with that being said where is it logical too turn around and take these kinds of players sides when they are the people that ruined somebody elses game, good mood, and pushed them into getting mad and saying something to them after the company they made an agreement with didn't keep their word by protecting them from multiplayer based harassment techniques?
