    Xbox banning for non offensive text.


    I was com banned about a week ago for saying unsavory things online which i deserved. I’ve made no contact with any other players and just continued to play my game. I messaged the person that reported me after the com ban was lifted saying nothing but “heehoo”. I’m not kidding. And now I’m banned for two weeks. Out of nowhere while playing red dead. I submitted an appeal but I have yet to hear from them. I sent ONE NON THREATENING MESSAGE and ig he reported and I get two weeks. (Not that it matters much but he instigated by messaging me first harassing me and he didn’t get banned when I reported him). I don’t know why this stuff is allowed to fly and I would like someone who is experienced in the matter to tell me.

    Hello There ! I highly recommend checking the enforcement.xbox.com then sign in with the account that has a suspension. If your suspension is active, select the box on the left to see if you’re eligible for a Case Review or Restoration, and then follow the links to apply for the option of your choice. Note that enforcement.xbox.com is the best source of information regarding your suspension. Xbox Support is unable to provide any further details.

    In the terms of service it stats that you cannot use explicit or offensive language. There is nothing you can do about this and must wait out the ban time for party and text chat. It should only be a 24 hour ban.

    normally that's a communications ban, for breaking terms of service or code of conduct... If you're able to still get on xbox live and play games that's not a console ban, someone could of reported communications from you such as a voice message or texted
    message and If you had anything offensive in it you'll get the communication ban... https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US
