    Xbox Ban - Over 1 Year!


    I used to love playing on my xbox. However, one of my friends started being racist and homophobic and antiseminist. I reported him to xbox and the police. He didn't get banned. All his mates started reporting me for the littlest of things, I hadn't even broken any rules. One day, I get banned and we appealed it. They said they would get back to us in a few days and they still haven't. I'm very upset and angry as I hadn't done anything wrong and i loved playing with my mates. Can anybody give me some advice?

    Who to talk to about an account that got suspended in 2015.

    You would have had to contact the enforcement team at the time of the ban. Now that it's been well over 1 year since the ban was issued, they will no longer review it.

    Unfortunately Xbox support cannot help you remove a sanction, as they do not have access to the Enforcement system, the Enforcement team cannot be contacted and the only way to appeal your sanction is through the following website

    Keep in mind that not all sanctions are appealable, it is necessary to log in to the website to identify if the system allows you to submit an appeal.

    banned 6 years ago but never could make a case review

    Unfortunately since the ban was issued over 1 year ago, it is no longer eligible for a review. You would have had to contact the enforcement team at the time of the ban (at that time they were using the forums).

    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear about what happened. Unfortunately, there's no direct contact for Xbox Enforcement team. We can only appeal once for our suspension. If it's final already, I am afraid we cannot do anything about it anymore.

    To answer your question about transferring your games, it's not possible because our game licenses are bound to our account and non-transferable.
