    I think the badges are a good way of identifying who is and who isn't an Ambassador. I've encountered players who have been behaving in a toxic way towards the community and every so often you'll hear one of them say "i'm an xbox ambassador..." which instantly
    you know isn't true based on the behaviour of that individual, unfortunately this can give the Ambassadors a bad reputation and the community the wrong idea of what ambassadors stand for. Badges will help eliminate that confusion.

    It would be really cool to see Badges that represent Tier status, top 100, etc as well... at the moment other than the MVP badge there is no acknowledgement of an Ambassador's ranking/status to show for their efforts in the programme. I think it's also a great
    way for new gamers to identify ambassadors so they know the person who is adding them to their friends list/trying to help them is someone genuine and trustworthy.

    The only badges for non-employees are the Ambassador badge and Xbox MVP.
