Xbox Backwards Compatible Achievement Shown Unlocked But Not Given Credit

I’m playing Oblivion on my Xbox one through backwards compatibility and I unlocked an achievement (called Master Thief, Thieves Guild) and it shows up unlocked only if I am locking at the unlocked achievements for that game on the 360 menu and it says 50
out of 60 achievements unlocked but if I hit B and go back to the menu of all achievements it shows the improper gamer score and says I only have 49 out of 60 unlocked

Backwards compat game achievements not being added to XB Live gamer score

Since August, any backwards compatible 360 games I have played, the achievements unlocked are not being added to the gamer score on Xbox Live. This happens whether I am playing backward compatible games from Gold membership, EA membership, or digital purchases.
Yes, I am connected to Xbox Live. I have restarted and even reset my Xbox One. I make sure I am always signed in to my gamer tag. However, the gamer score still does not update with the backwards compatible unlocked achievements.

achievements not unlocking on xbox1 games

HI I am not getting achievements unlocked on my Xbox one after completing the necessary criteria, I have tried removing my account from my console and re-installing it, signing in with my profile on someone else's console which is connected to Xbox live,
restarting my console. The achievements are unlocking on backwards compatible games but not on xbox one games.

I have the exact same issue. I can't unlock any achievements on Xbox One games. However I can unlock achievements on Xbox 360 backwards compatible games.

I removed the pictures since it shows order numbers and partial credit card numbers.

Some of what was shown is 360 content that is not backwards compatible, like Minecraft. (You can check if a game is backwards compatible at https://www.xbox.com/xbox-one/backward-compatibility?xr=shellnav )For
anything else that is compatible and not showing, you can also try searching for it in the store and redownload it from there. If it's still not showing, it's compatible, and it doesn't let you redownload it from the store, you'll want to contact support. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

That game is not backwards compatible due to there being a Xbox one version. If you would like to play it on the xbox one and unlock the achievement. Look out for sales. That game seems to go on sale pretty often.

Xbox 360 games played on the original system itself don’t require an active broadband connection to unlock achievements, unlike Xbox One’s backwards compatibility. Unfortunately your account maybe under a temporary suspension or you didn’t meet the
requirement for the achievement itself
