    Xbox avatar fault?


    My customised avatar is not showing or is displayed instead I have a female avatar in its place.

    Also when I go in to edit and customise my original one is there I have tried editing and then saving again and restarting my console but nothing appears to have happened and the female avatar still remains.

    My name is welcome to the community

    Hello Alfie, try to follow the procedures below.

    The first is a clear cache

    1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

    2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

    3. Wait 1 minute with it off

    4. Turn it back on

    Xbox One reset keeping Games:

    Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

    Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

    Select Reset console.

    Restore and maintain my games and apps.

    Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

    Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

    Please help! I messed up the Xbox avatar store. It says "This is all your fault, you are grounded, we will not connect the avatar store, and by treason. Try again tomorrow or never try again." Help, it is an emergency.

    Actually, never mind - I think this was MY fault. What I should've asked was if you had any good ideas for avatar ITEMS in the Avatar Store if it was ever to make its way to the Xbox One. Sorry for the confusion - my bad!
