    Xbox Avatar Editor on Windows 10 saying there is a problem loading my avatar


    I downloaded the Avatar editor but the program closed before I had really done anything. When I start it up now it just displays a message about how it can't load the avatar and I can retry or quit. I have tried reseting the app from the app settings
    but that doesn't do anything. Is there a way that I can reset the avatar.

    You may have to restart the computer and the app after, Are you able to do everything else via the app? Is it just saving that's the issue ?

    This happens right after starting the app. It doesn't get to any screen, just has the loading symbol and then the message pops up.

    Delete the app, restart your pc and download the app again
